These past several years at St. Clair Correctional Facility in Springville, Alabama have been a blessing. I have been blessed in my personal life and in the lives of the men I minister to on a daily basis. I want to personally thank each person who has offered support to me over the years and I pray that the Lord continues to bless your kindness.
I have been blessed with the opportunity of proclaiming Christ and discipling those who are incarcerated by mentoring, teaching and facilitating classes in the Chapel, cell blocks, and Therapeutic Community Drug Treatment Program. I also conduct and facilitate 3 monthly evening services and coordinate all the daily classes and activities inside the Faith Based Honor Dorm which houses 192 men. Everything that I do at St. Clair I credit to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who has given me the passion to proclaim the Gospel, disciple men, see violence reduced, addictions broken, and lives transformed for the glory of God.
Though I love all of these great opportunities and see the positive results of these programs, none of it would be possible without God and people who have partnered with us through prayer and financial support. My wife and I, along with our three small children, have committed ourselves to this ministry and since I serve in a missionary position we rely fully on financial contributions. I pray that you may consider our financial need when you plan your 2016 budget. It has not always been an easy journey, but we know that the Lord is good and that He will make a way. I am grateful to each of you who currently support this ministry or who have offered support in the past.
